Day 1

HANOI Walk around the capital, visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, your personal residence,

the One Pillar Pagoda and the

Tran Quoc Pagoda.


Day 2​


Tour of the Chau Long market, together with the chef, we will buy the ingredients that we will use in our first

class. In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Literature; Rickshaw ride through the old town and its antique shops before visiting the Ngoc Son Temple, which is located on Hoan Kiem Lake. Puppet show on the water.

Day 3


Visit the ancient royal capital of Vietnam located two hours from Hanoi. On the way, we will see the temples dedicated to the kings of Dinh and Le dynasty. We continue towards Tam Coc through rice fields. In the afternoon, we will embark on a small sampan for a 2-hour trip through caves and rivers framed by a beautiful rural landscape of limestone cliffs and rice fields. Lunch at a local restaurant. Return to Hanoi.


Day 4​


We depart early for Halong Bay and embarked on a memorable cruise through the mystical Bay. Lunch on board while we contemplate one of the natural wonders of Vietnam and sail through islets. Visit a natural cave, and if time permits, we will enjoy a swim in the emerald waters of the Gulf of Tonkin. Dinner and lodging in the reed.


Day 5

HALONG – HANOI – HOI AN (D/BRUNCH) After breakfast, we continue sailing among the karst formations, some of them in fantastic shapes. An onboard brunch will be offered before disembarking. The cruise ends around 10.45. Transfer back to Hanoi airport to take a flight to Danang. Accommodation in Hoi An.


Day 6​

HOI AN (D/A) After breakfast, enjoy a walk in the old town of Hoi An. Visit the Phuc Kien Pagoda and the Japanese wooden bridge. Lunch at a local restaurant. Rest of the day to walk and relax. Accommodation in Hoi An.

Day 7

HOI AN / HUE (D/A) We will go to Vy's Market where, together with the chef, we will visit the place and try more than 10 different types of food. We will see how the rice paper is made and we will taste it with Hoi An chili sauce. We will learn how to prepare Cao Lau, typical noodles from the region. Cooking class to learn how to choose about ingredients and cooking techniques. Lunch. In the afternoon, visit the Dong Ba market in Hue.


Day 8

HUE (D/A)  

Boat tour on the Huong River, visit to the Thien Mu Pagoda,

followed by a visit to the tomb of Tu Duc.

Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit to the Imperial Citadel,

a complex that covers an area of 520 hectares that includes three circles:

The Hue Capital Citadel, the Royal Citadel and the Forbidden Citadel.

Accommodation in Hue.

Day 9

HUE / SAIGON (D/A) Flight to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Old Colonial Residential Neighborhood, the Town Hall, the Opera House, the Notre Dame Cathedral of the s. XIX, the Post Office and the Reunification Palace (inside). Accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City.


Day 10

SAIGÓN -BEN TRE –SAIGÓN (D/A/C) Departure to My Tho in the Mekong Delta. Boat trip on the river through the Long, Lan and Phung islands. We will enjoy a typical food of the area, local fruits and traditional live music. Lunch at local restaurant in the area. In the afternoon, return to Saigon. Dinner at a local restaurant. Accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City.


Day 11​

SAIGÓN – CU CHI – SAIGÓN (D/A) Visit the colorful and bustling central market and cooking class of typical dishes. In the afternoon, we will go to the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City (better known as Saigon) and we will visit the tunnels of Cuchi, a network of underground tunnels that were used in military campaigns during the Vietnam War. Accommodation in Saigon.


Day 12

SAIGÓN (D) After breakfast, free time until the time of transfer to the airport to leave on the return flight.
